This notice explains how VantEdge Works Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202647266H) (“VantEdge Works”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Personal data we collect
When you use the enquiry form or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- your name;
- the name of your organisation;
- your email address;
- the main people challenge you select, and any message you write.
Please do not include sensitive employee information (for example, health details, disciplinary matters or identification numbers of other people) in the form or in emails to us.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the website and protect it against misuse.
2. Why we use it
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation;
- prepare for and follow up on that conversation;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.
3. Consent
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 8). If you do, we may not be able to continue responding to your enquiry.
4. Who we share it with
We share your personal data only where needed for the purposes above, for example with service providers who help us run this website or receive messages on our behalf, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and our email service provider. These providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
We may also disclose personal data where required or permitted by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or for legal or business reasons, and then delete or anonymise it. We generally keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
6. How we protect it
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal, and similar risks.
7. Access and correction
You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, or to correct it, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and in line with the PDPA.
